How to make Moonrock in 5 (simple) steps

Moonrock, we can’t get enough of it. Of course it’s on our menu, but how do you actually make it yourself? 

In one of our last blogs we already explained what Moonrock is made of: strong buds, combined with cannabis oil or wax and sprinkled with kief. And with a little effort, you can make it at home, too. 

Making moonrock at home is easy with just buds, hash oil, and kief. Learn how to craft your own potent cannabis creation in a few simple steps.

Supplies 

So, let's start with the supplies:

- Your favorite kind of weed 

- Your favorite type of hash oil or wax (concentrate)

- Kief (from your grinder) 

- Tweezers or small forceps 

- A liquid dropper 

Steps 

1. Bud - Take a compact bud. The firmer it is the better, as this will hold the Moonrock together during the next steps. 

2. Heat - Gently heat the concentrate or hash oil until it is liquid enough to put in the dropper. Fill the dropper and completely cover the outside of the top. Don’t dip your top into the concentrate, because if you get it too wet it will take super long to dry. 

3. Rolling - Now take the top and gently roll it back and forth in the kief until the entire top is covered. 

4. Drying - Let your fresh batch of moonrock dry in a warm place. 

5. Smoking - Cork dry? Let’s light that puppy!
