Cannabidiol, commonly referred to as CBD, is used in a lot of products. You can even get it in your coffee and it is made into clothing, such as bras. But what is it and why would you want it?
What is CBD?
CBD is one of over 100 cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant. Unlike THC, CBD will not get you high. CBD can be extracted from both marijuana and hemp plants, but it is most commonly derived from hemp because of a lower THC content.

How Does CBD Work?
We won’t go into detail too much, but in short: CBD works by interacting with the body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS), which is responsible for regulating many physiological processes, including appetite, pain, mood, and immune function.
What does CBD do?
There are a lot of people who benefit from CBD. For many, it provides relief for a variety of conditions, including anxiety and depression, pain and inflammation, sleep disorders, neurological disorders, skin conditions, addiction and withdrawal, and heart health. Not too bad, right?
