What is Haze (cannabis)?

Various types of Haze, like Super Silver Haze, Amnesia Haze and Lemon Haze, are popular types of weed. It’s also a true classic that we (obviously) have on the menu in our coffeeshop. But what makes Haze so special? 

First, let us give you a little background. Haze is a strain that - according to most sources - was first cultivated in California during the 1970s. The story goes that the Haze brothers from Santa Cruz crossed a Mexican, a Colombian and later a Thai strain with each other. Et voila, there was the first Haze.

Since then, there have been different types of Haze, such as Super Silver Haze, Lemon Haze, Amnesia Haze and S5 Haze. Each type has its own effect - check the links for more information on our product page - but in general, Haze strains are known as a strong cannabis strain with a clear high.
